The company was founded by Elias Diale who himself has a solid track record in the industry having owned, worked for and led a number of FSP’s organizations. The company was licensed by the Financial Services Conduct Authority in 2020 under FSP:50857 and provides products and services in the Investments, Banking and Insurance spaces for both individuals as well as corporates. Under the NCRCP13968 license, the company also provides short-term financing to individuals as well as companies that may need to financial assistance as they grow their businesses.
Noir has a team of professionals complemented by over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector. The company is a 100% Black-Owned and managed company.
